How do I add the chat to my website?
Copy one line of code from your dashboard and paste it before </body> on your website. It works with WordPress, Shopify, Wix and any HTML site.
What does the Twilio add-on do?
It lets you text visitors when their chat ends, like a thank-you message. Visitors choose to get it with a checkbox. Texts are sent from our number, so you don’t need your own Twilio account.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and yearly, or turn the text add-on on or off from the Billing page in your dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
